Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg cut into medium size pieces
Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt
Oil
How to prepare:
1. Marinate the ingredients over the chicken and mix well and keep covered atleast 1 hour.
2. Then Take pan heat oil put the marinated chicken and fry well,until it turns light golden
on both sides.
